Brenda Ellison

Brenda graduated from the University of Hull with a Degree in Theatre and Politics. She has a Masters Degree from the University of London in Education and is a Licentiate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

She started her journalistic career as a graduate trainee with the BBC, working on the Today Programme,Woman’s Hour and the BBC World Service. Before moving to the US where she spent six years in radio and TV as a journalist, presenter, newsreader, reporter and producer. After editing a Fine Arts Station Network she returned to the UK to help set up Classic FM. She has worked for LBC radio, presenting the drivetime show.

Brenda has designed and delivered training programmes for directors and executives of, among others, Lilly Pharmaceuticals, Cisco Systems, University of London, Alder King, Mortgage Express, The Children’s Society, Trend, KPMG, Lloyds TSB, Marks & Spencer, Alliance & Leicester, Bristol & West, Halifax, Smith & Nephew, Arthur Anderson, Bridgestone-Firestone, Alta Vista, Earthport, FordVisteon, British Red Cross, Hewlett-Packard, innumerable charities and the Cabinet Office and Cambridge University.
